  • Professional development and training services are personally provided by Dr. La Toshia Palmer, Ed.D., LCSW, PPSC, an educational leader, licensed clinical social worker, and consultant with more than two decades of experience supporting schools, educators, behavioral health professionals, and community organizations. Dr. Palmer designs and facilitates engaging, culturally responsive, and evidence-informed learning experiences that equip professionals with practical strategies to strengthen leadership, enhance organizational effectiveness, and improve outcomes for the individuals and communities they serve.

      Dr. Palmer works with schools and organizations to develop meaningful family engagement strategies that strengthen partnerships between educators, families, and communities in support of student achievement and well-being.

    • School Social Work Leadership Coaching
      Dr. Palmer provides coaching and mentorship to School Social Work leaders, supporting the development of effective leadership practices, program implementation, supervision, systems thinking, and continuous professional growth.

    • ASW & PPSC Clinical Supervision and Credentialing Support
      Dr. Palmer offers clinical supervision for Associate Clinical Social Workers (ASWs) working toward California licensure, as well as mentorship and field-based support for professionals completing Pupil Personnel Services (PPSC) Credential requirements, with an emphasis on ethical practice, professional development, and clinical excellence.
