Meet The Founder & CEO

Dr. La Toshia Palmer, Ed.D., LCSW, PPSC, is an educator, licensed clinical social worker, consultant, author, and speaker dedicated to empowering individuals, strengthening communities, and advancing excellence across education and behavioral health. With more than 20 years of experience serving children, families, schools, and organizations, she brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, educational leadership, and systems-level consultation to every aspect of her work.

As the Founder and CEO of Beyond Greatness Global (BGG), Dr. Palmer is committed to delivering culturally responsive and affirming behavioral health services, educational consultation, and professional development & training that inspire growth, resilience, and meaningful change. Her passion is equipping individuals and organizations with the knowledge, skills, and support needed to grow beyond challenges, strengthen communities, and create equitable opportunities for those they serve.

Driven by the belief that every person possesses the potential for greatness, Dr. Palmer founded Beyond Greatness Global to help others discover their strengths, overcome barriers, and lead with purpose, compassion, and excellence.
